Prophecies and Their Fulfillments Many
prophecies from the Scriptures demonstrate their fulfillment in the Person
and work of Jesus Christ. Some relate to His birth such as Isa. 7:14/Mt.
1:18-25 and some relate to His nature (Ps. 110:1/Acts 2:36) or His ministry
(Is. 9:1-2/Mt. 4:12-17). It may surprise you to see how many relate
directly to His death, burial, and resurrection. As you read down through
the following list it will be helpful to have an open Bible. Also realize
that this list is not necessarily exhaustive. Also realize that some
prophecies are clear and direct while others may be more hidden and later
revealed by their specific fulfillment or specified New Testament
